Nimazi is a free, open-source prayer companion designed to help Muslims around the world stay connected to their daily prayers. Enter your city or postal code and Nimazi will calculate accurate prayer times for your location, alert you with the Athan when each prayer time arrives, and guide you through how to pray.
The app is intentionally simple — no account required, no ads, no tracking. Just a clean, focused tool for worship.
Calculates Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha times for any city or location worldwide using the Aladhan API.
Plays the Athan at prayer time with a choice of voices including Makkah, Madinah, and more.
Step-by-step guidance for Wudu, daily Salah, Tarawih, and Eid prayers.
Displays both calendars with day navigation so you can look ahead or check past times.
Default green, a warm Ramadan golden theme that activates automatically during Ramadan, and a colorful Kids theme.
Nimazi works like a native app — no download required. Add it to your home screen for one-tap access, full-screen display, and the Athan playing at every prayer time.
Open nimazi.com in Safari. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen, then choose Add to Home Screen.
Open nimazi.com in Chrome. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, then tap Add to Home Screen or Install app. A prompt may also appear automatically at the bottom of the screen.
Once added, the app opens full-screen with no browser address bar — just like a native app.
Turn any tablet into a dedicated Athan clock for your home or masjid. Mount it on a stand, open Nimazi in a kiosk browser app like Fully Kiosk Browser, and let it run pinned to the screen — it will stay on, keep the display awake, and play the Athan at every prayer time without any interaction needed.
Plug it in, point it at nimazi.com, and you have a beautiful, always-on prayer clock.
Nimazi is completely open source. You are welcome to explore the code, report issues, suggest features, or contribute improvements.
